MEET THE TEAM
Connie Guilfoyle is a Building Services Engineer with over 20 years experience in the Building Services Industry. He is a founder and partner of ETIWA. He has worked in Ireland, UK, Botswana, South Africa, New Zealand and for the past 12 years in Nigeria. He is the Managing Director of VACC Technical Ltd. and has been involved in the establishment and expansion of the company throughout West Africa. He holds the position of Honorary Consul for Ireland in Lagos and is involved in the promotion of Irish Business within Nigeria.
Andrea Geday is a founder and partner of ETIWA. He is also the Managing Director of EL-ALAN Construction Nigeria Ltd. Mr. Geday has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining EL-ALAN, he was Operations Manager, Project Manager and Site Supervisor at NICOHO Limited. Mr. Geday is also a Director of VACC Technical Limited, Soft Solutions Nigeria Limited, Panther Investments Nigeria Limited, Provast Limited and Alan Caray Limited. He graduated from Nottingham University, England (1979) with a BSc in Production Engineering and also holds an MSc in Construction Management from the University of Loughborough, England.
Jody AdewaleGeneral Manager
Jody Adewale is the General Manager at ETIWA. Prior to joining ETIWA, Mrs. Adewale worked as a Project Manager and Administrative Manager at VACC Technical Ltd. She has been with Etiwa from its inception and has played a pivitol role in setting up the facility. Mrs. Adewale holds a Bachelor of Laws, LL.B from the University of Wolverhampton, England and an MSc from Middlesex University, England. She is also a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development.
Patrick McDonnellTechnical Training Consultant
Patrick McDonnell has been involved in the electrical industry for over 30 years. Working at many different levels, from installation and maintenance, to owning and running a successful company in Ireland. For the past 10 years he has been involved in all aspects of vocational training, initially working as an instructor, assessor and then in curriculum design and course development. He has worked for many of the leading training companies in Ireland before coming to Lagos in 2013 to join ETIWA.
